HOW I CAN HELP

With over 3 years of experience working as an Employment Counsellor and a Job Developer, I bring a breadth of experience of the current job market and styles of work. Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist I worked in a fast-paced sales environment in a Hybrid work model (before that was standard!) and am familiar with the challenges this can bring to showing up and communicating well. Through the lens of Psychotherapy, we will work together to understand the unique experiences, values, and challenges that are standing in the way of you achieving your work goals.
